Using the products

How long do I leave the Evenlight patches on?

Leave on until the patch becomes translucent, approximately 30 minutes to two hours. Remove within the recommended wear time; do not leave on overnight. Follow the directions on your Astelle pack.

How often can I use them?

Use daily, morning or evening, following the directions on your pack. Stop using the patches if irritation occurs.

Can I cut or separate a patch?

Yes. Keep the clover shape whole for a larger area, or separate it along its lines for smaller, targeted placement. One pack contains 30 serum patches.

Where do I apply them?

Use on the facial areas of concern described on your pack. Do not apply to broken or irritated skin, or directly to eyes or lips.

How do the dissolving strips work?

They dissolve on the tongue without water. Follow the directions on your pack for how many to take and when.

How do I use the scalp serum?

The brush applicator is designed to part the hair and reach the scalp directly. Follow the application and frequency directions on your pack.

Suitability and ingredients

Are these suitable for sensitive skin?

Check the full ingredient list and the warnings on your pack. Try a small area first and stop using the product if irritation occurs. Skin responses vary and we do not claim any product suits everyone.

Can I use them with my other skincare?

Apply to clean skin and follow the layering directions on your pack. Introduce new products gradually.

Where can I see the full ingredients?

The complete ingredient list is published on each product page. If anything is unclear, email us before you buy.

Are the drops and strips medicine?

No. They are supplements, not medicine, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or managing a health condition.

When will I see a difference?

Results vary with your skin and routine. Follow the product directions consistently. There is no guaranteed timeline, and we will not give you one.

Orders and delivery

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum.

Where do you ship?

Canada and the United States.

How long will my order take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically arrive 4–8 business days after dispatch. You will receive tracking by email once your order ships.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Email us as soon as possible with your order number.

Returns

Can I return a product?

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unopened, unused and in their original sealed packaging. For health and hygiene reasons we cannot accept opened skincare or any ingestible product with a broken seal.

What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?

Email us within 7 days of delivery with photographs. We cover return shipping in these cases and will replace the item or refund it in full, whichever you prefer.
