These terms govern your use of the Astelle store at myastelle.com and purchases made through it. “Astelle,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to the seller operating this store. Contact us at info@myastelle.com. Please read these terms together with our Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds policy and Privacy Policy.

Using the store

You must have legal capacity to make a purchase, or use the store with the involvement of a parent or guardian where permitted. Provide accurate order and contact details. Do not use the store for unlawful purposes, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or submit malicious or misleading material. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

Orders, availability and pricing

Product availability, prices and offers may change before an order is placed. The amount and currency shown at checkout apply to your purchase. Shipping charges and applicable taxes collected by us are displayed before payment. We may limit quantities or refuse an order for a reasonable reason, such as suspected fraud, unavailability or an obvious pricing error. We will notify you and promptly refund any payment for an order we cancel. We will not impose a higher price on a paid order without your agreement.

Product information and use

We aim to describe products accurately. Packaging may vary, and screen settings may affect how colours appear. Such variations do not excuse a materially inaccurate description. Read the packaging, ingredient information, directions and precautions before use. Do not exceed labelled supplement servings or use products contrary to their instructions.

Store content is general product information and is not individualized medical advice. Results and experiences vary; no specific cosmetic or wellness outcome is guaranteed. Supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease. Ask a qualified healthcare professional about suitability where appropriate, including if pregnant, nursing, taking medication or living with a medical condition.

Delivery, returns and cancellations

Our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds policy describe processing, shipping and voluntary returns. Statutory cancellation, refund and consumer guarantee rights continue to apply. Contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel an order; we cannot guarantee a requested change once processing begins.

Promotions and recurring purchases

A promotion applies only under the conditions disclosed with that offer. Discounts cannot be combined unless expressly stated. A recurring purchase applies only if you expressly select and agree to the subscription terms presented before checkout. There is no subscription simply because you place a one-time order.

Intellectual property

The Astelle name and store content are owned by Astelle or used with permission from their respective owners. You may use the store for personal shopping purposes. You may not copy or commercially exploit store content without the appropriate permission, except where permitted by law.

Third-party services and privacy

Shopify and other providers support functions such as payments and delivery. Their own terms and privacy notices may apply to their services. Links to external sites do not mean we control or endorse all of their content. Our use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Astelle is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or losses resulting from misuse of products or unauthorized use of an account. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, applicable product safety obligations, or mandatory consumer guarantees. These terms do not reduce your right to an appropriate remedy for goods that are defective or not as described.

Disputes and changes to these terms

Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern. Nothing in these terms prevents you from contacting a regulator, using a lawful payment dispute process or bringing a claim in a court available to you under applicable law. We do not require mandatory arbitration or waive non-waivable consumer rights. If a term is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply to the extent allowed by law.

We may update these terms for future use and purchases by posting a revised version with an updated date. A later update does not retrospectively remove rights attached to an earlier purchase.
